He was predeceased by: his parents, Taft Palmer and Rosie Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Tommy Jr., Almesha, James, Deon, Anthony, Antone and Jabbrae; and his brothers, Eddie and Elijah Palmer. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
