He was predeceased by: his wife Susie Levi; and his mother-in-law Magaline Holder. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joseph, Alexander Wallace and Taylor Underwood; his daughters, Jacqueline and Valerie Levi; and his sisters, Debra and Brenda.
