He was predeceased by : his parents, Mack Connell and Annie Connell of Lomax, AL; his siblings, Lamar, Jimmy Lee, Harold, Jerry, Mettis and Joy; and his sons, Richard Allen and Gary Keith.
He is survived by : his wife Bobbie Tyus Connell; his son Mark (Tamy); his daughter-in-law Kris; his brothers, Paul (Glenda) and Roy (Patti); his sister-in-law Cathy; and his grandchildren, Jarad, Daraj, Blake, Drake, Keslie and Kyla. He is also survived by 11 great- grandchildren and many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
