She is survived by: her child Church; her husband Jake Jernigan; her daughters, Kathy Jernigan of Brewton, AL, Kay Vehrs (Jason) of Priceville, AL, Dawn Wolf (Marx) of Atlanta, GA and Kelly Jones of Wing, AL.; and her grandchildren, Patrick Jernigan of Thomasville, GA, Jacob Vehrs of Oahu, HI, Connor Wolf of Austin, TX, Tori Vehrs of Charolette, NC, Molly Wolf of Madrid Spain and Jamie Jones of Wing, AL..
