With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Gene Bardwell of Brewton, Alabama, born in Jayess, Mississippi, who passed away on October 28, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Q. Bardwell and Wilma Bardwell. He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his brother Billy Wayne Bardwell of Yellville, AR; his children, Brenda Curtis (George) of Knoxville, TN, Keith Bardwell (Anita) of Mobile, AL and Kelli Whitman (Stafford) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Stevan Curtis (Lindsay), Brandi Mock (Derek) and Hannah Watts (Caleb); and his stepdaughters, Jan Loyless (Tim), Patty Blanchard (Brian) and Gina Thomas. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest making a donation to the American Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
