She was predeceased by: her husband Byron Frank Strength; and her parents, Lawrence Morris and Florence Morris. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Godwin (Charles) and Theresa Bell (Jerry); her grandchildren, Timothy J. Godwin (Melody), Gordon B. Godwin (JoLynn), Ryan Seth Bell (Angie) and Whitney Nicole Bell; her great grandchildren, Richard Godwin (Rachel), Ryan Woods (Jessica), Nolin Godwin, Cooper Bell, Owen Bell and Amelia "Millie" Bell; and her great great grandchildren, Ophelia Godwin, Atticus "Ames" Godwin, Rooney Godwin, Winifred "Winnie" Godwin, Olivet Godwin and Mary Helen Woods.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pineview Pentecostal Holiness Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
