He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Blackwell and Alma Booker Blackwell; his stepfather Burns Blackwell; and his nephew Randy Booker. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bartlett Booker; his daughter Kristen Booker; and his brothers, Jeff Booker (Peggy), Joey Booker (Christina) and Mike Booker (Lisa).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Craver's Funeral Home (44 Foshee Rd Ste B, Brewton, AL 36426). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Craver's Funeral Home (44 Foshee Rd Ste B, Brewton, AL 36426).
