He is survived by: his children, Dan Weaver (Kathy) of Brewton, Chris Weaver (Rosemary) of Brewton, Dennis Weaver (Tatiana) of St. Augustine Florida, Terry Weaver of Brewton, Ronnie Mac Weaver of Warner Robbins, Georgia, Carrie Weaver Brown (Philip) of Brewton and Carrin Weaver of Montgomery; and his sister Louise Owens of Knoxville, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
