She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Leigh and Melva Lee Blair Johnson; her husband Curtis U. Rackard; and her siblings, Billy Seth Johnson, Terry "Buddy" Johnson, Roy Johnson and Mary Alice Kent (Bertie Wright).
She is survived by: her son Daniel "Junior" Nelson (Becki) of Brewton; her brothers, Wayne Johnson of Appleton and David Johnson of Appleton; and her caregiver Teresa Odom of Brewton. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, Niece.
