He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Dwyer and Kathleen Dwyer; his brothers, Jimmy and Michael Dwyer; and his sons, Mark Dwyer and Shane Bodiford.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Dwyer; his son Scotty Bodiford (Denise) of East Brewton; and his grandchildren, Cody Godwin (Kayla), Hunter Bodiford (Marie), Tyson Godwin (Jessica), Carley Edmonds and Addison Edmonds. He is also survived by four great granddaughters and one great grandson.
