She is survived by: her children, Michael Boutwell of Flomaton, Douglas Boutwell (Sue) of Richton, Mississippi and Valerie Haveard (Shon) of Flomaton; and her siblings, Randy Crutchfield of Pensacola and Anita Bradley (Earl) of Flomaton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
