He is survived by: his wife Carlyn Simpson Howell of Prattville, AL; and his sons, Andrew Paul Howell (Margaret) of Clanton, AL, Mark Anthony Howell (Carla) of Pennsylvania, Timothy Scott Howell (Madelaine) of Orlando, FL and Jonathan Howell (Beverly) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
