She was predeceased by : her parents, Dhayabhai Bhulabha Patel and Laduben Patel; her son Jagdishbhai Gokulbhai Patel; and her brother Prabhubhai D. Patel. She is survived by : her children, Dayram Patel (Pushpa) of Brewton, Manjubea I. Patel of Puna, India, Bhartiben B. Patel of Gautier, Mississippi and Silaben I. Patel of Athens, TN; her brother Lallubhai D. Patel of India; her grandchildren, Vijay Patel (Jagruti) of Brewton, Janak Patel (Bhavna) of Atlanta and Nisha Patel (Manish) of Atlanta; and her great grandchildren, Shiv Patel, Sohan Patel and Shiven Patel.

A prayer was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Craver's Funeral Home (44 Foshee Rd, Brewton, AL 36426). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Craver's Funeral Home (44 Foshee Rd, Brewton, AL 36426).
