She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Smith (Lisa Michelle) of Madison and Chris Michael Smith of Dothan; her grandchildren, Garrett Blake Smith (Taylor) and Colleen Allison Perez; her daughter-in-law Teresa Rhodes Smith of Hartselle, Alabama.; and also Reina Maisie Perez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
