She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Boening and Augusta Boening; her husband Gordon Neitzke; her sister Lillian; her brother-in-law Raymond Schmuhl; her nephew Dennis Schmuhl; her nephew-in-law Merle Strelow; and her in-laws, Walter, Frieda Neitzke, Elmer, LaVerna Neitzke, Harold, Freida Neitzke, Vernon, Ramona Neitzke, Arlene, Arthur Gade and Hilbert Neitzke.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Neitzke (Jill) and Karen Pik (Phil) of Brewton; her grandchildren, Amanda Madell (David), Emily Dykes (Bradley), Jessika Holman (Zach Hill), Justine Ainsworth (Cody), Jake Neitzke and Jasey Neitzke (Saul Vega); and her great grandchildren, Hailee, Hayden, Caden, Monica and Corinne.
