She is survived by: her husband Tommy Wayne Smith; her daughters, Trecia Smith Phillips (Will) and Tammy Smith Dozier (Woody); and her grandchildren, Will Phillips, Jr., Martha Ellen Phillips, Anna Grace Phillips, Gus Dozier, Paul Phillips, Luke Phillips and Cole Dozier.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Brewton (324 Belleville Ave, Brewton, AL 36426). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Johnston Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery.
