He was predeceased by: his parents, Maury Otis and Ruby Mae Sweat Weaver; his daughter Maureen Weaver; and his siblings, Ronnie Weaver and Carol Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Dean Palmer Weaver of Brewton; his daughter Lisa Weaver of Brewton; his grandchildren, Breanne Baker (Joe), Maggie Thompson and Emma Grace Crawford; his great grandchildren, Carter Baker, Mason Baker and Walker Baker; his siblings-in-law, Tommy and Pat Barrentine of Brewton; and his pets, Lucky and Charlie.
