He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Leah Wood. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Clark; his children, Ken Clark, Jason Clark and Paula Clark; and his grandchildren, Alex Clark (Makala), Michael Clark, Brittany, Caitlyn, Madison and Jessica. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
