He is survived by: his children, Chris Crutchfield (Beth) of Northport, Ala and Leslie Rhodes of Brewton; his sister Gail Burnham of Andalusia; his grandchildren, Meagan Langford, Collin Langford and Caroline Dickens (Brodey); and his great grandchild Calie Langford.
