She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred H. Blevins and Sena Nelson Blevins; her husband Jerre Don Burnett; her daughter Loretta McGee; and her sisters, Nancy Culpepper and Blanche Anthony.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Burnett (Lorri) and Connie Nelson (William); her brothers, Howard Blevins (Faye) and Roy Blevins; her brothers-in-law, Jimmy Burnett (Linda) and Hylos Anthony; her sister Reva Troy (David); and her grandchildren, Angel Findley (Keith), Shelby and Brook Findley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and special friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM. A burial was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens (3076 Main St, Jasper, TN 37347).
