He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe John and Ida Viola Seabolt; and his sisters, Omie May Sturgill and Nellie Jo Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Janie Seabolt; his children, Karen Seabolt Lowe, Kristie Seabolt and Billy John Seabolt (Amanda); his grandchildren, Linda Lovelace, Laura Lowe, Kirstyn Lowe, John David Seabolt and Will Seabolt; and his brothers, Jimmy and Bobby Seabolt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home - Stevenson (1214 Kentucky Ave, Stevenson, AL 35772). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
