He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Goggins and Willie Mae Goggins; his wife Janice F. Boothe Goggins; and his siblings, Robert Goggins, Charlie Goggins and Judy Fancher.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol Goggins Kelley; his grandchildren, Jonathan Kelley (Anna) and Laura Elm (Ryan); his great grandchild Rhett Elm; and his brother Gary Goggins.
