He is survived by: his children, Treasure Marie Bice, Jeffrey Dale Bice (Tiffany) and Shannon Lee Bice (Brandy); his brothers, Donald Bice (Janice), Terry Bice (Tammy) and Mark Bice (Shirley); his grandsons, Tyler Butler (Chelsie), Trent Butler (Rebeca), Cole Bice (Emily), Trey Butler, Hunter Bice and Joshua Bice; and his great grandchildren, Elodie Rae, Xyair, Issac and Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
