Lila Lee Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Lee of Brierfield, Alabama, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Yates and Nettie J Yates; and her siblings, Imogene, Willene Yates and William Yates.
She is survived by: her brother Wayne Yates; and her children, Lila Dian Lee, Connie L Jones, James H. Lee, III, John David Lee and Mary Lee. She is also survived by her five granddaughters, grandson, and 6 great granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be given in her memory to her alma mater-the University of Montevallo's Legacy Scholarship fund.
