He is survived by: his wife Tammie Hogeland; his children, Alana Stephens, Vanessa Thornell (Reed), Ash Taylor, Kolby Tipton, Heidi Royster and Jacob Foster; his siblings, Wanda Knighton, Donna Stephens, Teresa Hill (Mark) and Terry Stephens; and his stepmother Ann Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
