She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Mitchell and Thurman Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Isaac Boothe Jr.; her son Joseph Dewayne Warren; her friend Ida Ruth Alexander (Tootie); her siblings, JT Colburn, Luther Colburn, Hoover Colburn, William Jack Mitchell, Thurman "Junior" Mitchell, Deani Holladay, Betty Pierce and Lilly Trott; her daughter Tammy Smith (Mark); her stepchildren, Lisa Boothe (Jamie), Isaac Boothe III (Renee), Jesse Boothe (Crystal) and Jessica Boothe; her sisters, Nelie Mitchell and Jane Mace (Boyce); her grandchildren, Tiffany Howard (Ryan), Andrea Beasley (Josh), Lindsey Hendrix, Joseph Ryan Warren and Kendall Smith; her great grandchildren, Vincent Davis and Kennedi Howard; and her daughter-in-law Sonya Warren Bertschinger (Jeff). She is also survived by 13 step grandchildren, and 11 step great grandchildren.
