He is survived by: his wife Martha Mullins; his children, Chuck Mullins (Tina) and Dana Anderson (Ronny); his stepson Rodney Guthrie (Jade); his grandchildren, Drew Mullins (Lisa Ann), Ben Mullins (Loreanna), Milah Luster (Eric), Madeline Foster (Noah) and William Guthrie; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Ray Mullins, Jameson Winn Mullins, Nhyomi Luster and Nehlani Luster. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Of Christ Cemetery.
