She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Monroe Huguley and Mary Etta Hulsey Huguley; her husband James Charlie "JC" Skelton; and her siblings, Ruby Norris, Helen Stanford, Eloise Lawrence, Herbert, Earl, Hermon, Rayburn, Charles and Leon Huguley.
She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Skelton Parker (Dennis); her granddaughter Jessica Parker Newman (Jeff Newman, II); and her great grandchildren, Julieanne Newman Abston (Jared) and Jeff Newman, III. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to your favorite charitable organization or church in memory on Mrs. Skelton.
