He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Smith and Kay Smith; his brother Jeff (Smith); and his niece Leslie Keedy. He is survived by: his sister Debbie Keedy (Glenn); his nieces and nephews, Terri Love, Josh Keedy, Keith Smith, Patrick Smith, Brandy and Gaddy; and his aunt Sherri McCondichie. He is also survived by numerous cousins and great nieces and nephews.
