He is survived by: his wife Judy Osborn Williams; his sons, Henry Hank'Williams and Mark Williams (Tonya); his grandchildren, Candace Williams Harris (Spencer), Carter Williams, Rachel Williams and Michael Hobson (Amber); his great grandchildren, Harvie Harris, Bartleigh Hobson and Tucker Hobson; and his siblings, Susie Williams and Charles Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
