He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Napper; his children, Tracy Napper (Cathy) of Ozark, Tammy Meads of Jack, Mark Senn (Cindy) of Jack, Jerry Senn (Nicole) of Jack and Rita Langston (Steve) of Dahlonega, GA; and his siblings, Ed Lee Napper (Ruth Nell), Willie Nell Flowers and Verma Nell Parrish. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
