She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Franklin Carter; and her parents, Benjamin Mitchell Fuller and Trudy Irene Fuller. She is survived by: her children, Terrie Morris and Christopher Carter (Crick); her grandchildren, Dakota Morris, Lakin Morris, Matthew Cory Carter and Heather Nicole Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Graceslyn Carter, Harper Carter, Marcus Noah Johnson and Conway Daniel Johnson.
