He is survived by: his sister-in-law June Carlon (Harry) of Louisville; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Carlon of Nashville, Tennessee, Pamela Waken of Ottawa, Illinois, Mike Carlon (Jeannie) of Louisville, Kentucky, Rick Scott Jr. (Linda) of Ottawa, Illinois and Rob Carlon (Ginger) of Greenville; his caregivers, Deann, Ernestine, Cornelius, Doris, Minnie and Richard; Minnie and Richard Schloemer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ralph's name to Troy Animal Rescue or Pike Animal Shelter.
