He was predeceased by : his wife Lorene Smith; his parents, Herman Smith and Jeanette Smith; his siblings, James Smith and Patricia Annette Barr; and his niece Sheila Smith Greeson.
He is survived by : his brothers, Bob Smith (Jessie), Terry Smith and Garry Smith; his cousin Bernard Chapman; and his nephews, William Barr III, Jeff and Jackie Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
