She was predeceased by: her mother Velera Cooper; her husband Thomas Jones; her son Roger Walker; and her sister Margaret Hill. She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Cooper (Trish) and Keith Jones (Sheila); her brother Jerry Cooper (Renee); and her grandchildren, Benji Cooper (Cheryl), Brad Cooper (Stephanie), Kevin Cooper, David Jones (Carrie) and Brittany Mashburn (Kendall). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
On July 22, 2018, the Lord gave her what she considered the greatest gift, the Holy Ghost, and healed her of Parkinson's disease.
