He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gilliam; his children, Jeremy Gilliam (Christina), Anthony Gilliam, Katelin Whited (James) and Misty Wooten (Nick); his sister Betty Edmonds (Charles); his grandchildren, Dalton Gilliam (Lauren), Bodie Gilliam (Grace), Brooke Gilliam Alexander (Brett), Brittany, Ashley, Tristan, Colton, Ty Gilliam, Logan Wooten, Elijah and Greyson Whited; his great grandchildren, Brady Alexander and Paisley Gilliam; his uncle Claude Eugene "Gene" Gilliam; his niece Kim Gilliam Gamble; his nephew Stacy Gilliam; and his close friends, Malcolm, Teresa, Eli Hartline, Brent Hill, Norman Fetter, Wade, Mike Clepper, Dorothy Hartline, Korin Yang "Youngie" Plaster and Butch Clepper.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home - Bryant (1474 AL-73, Bryant, AL 35958). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
