He was predeceased by : his parents, Grady Adams and Edna Adams; and his brother John Adams. He is survived by : his wife Juanita Adams; his children, Danny Adams (Lisa), Donny Adams (Cindy) and Lorie Anderson (Donald Hicks); and his siblings, Edward, Jimmy Adams and Betty Lou Moore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home - Bryant (1474 AL-73, Bryant, AL 35958). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the Oak Lawn Memorial Park (1474 AL-73, Bryant, AL 35958).
