He is survived by: his children, Kelley Wade (Alex) and Keith Cartwright (Lori); his grandchildren, Brandon Wade (Amanda), Jarrod Wade (Hannah), Haley Wade, Matthew Cartwright and Andrew Cartwright (Elizabeth); and his great grandchildren, Amelia Wade, Parker Wade and Lizzy Cartwright.
