He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Reed and Elizabeth King Reed; his wife Kathy Jenkins Reed; his siblings, Buddy Reed, Patricia Ann Hindman, Januath Higgins and Madge Doyle; and his grandson Logan Castleberry.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Reed (Amanda) and Sheena Ellis (Chad); his sisters, Bernice Nole and Phyllis Miller; his granddaughter Kristen Reed; and his great grandchild Maliah Cooper.
