She was predeceased by : her father R. L. Nelson; and her son Michael Gass. She is survived by : her mother Ruth Nelson of Bryant, AL; her children, Brad Gass (Sarah) of Bryant, AL, Brian Gass (Whitney) of Chattanooga, TN and Tiffany Graham (Dustin) of Soddy Daisy, TN; her grandchildren, Michael Smith (Kaylee), Trace Gass, Matthew Gass, Emma Gass, Evie Gass, Alexis Graham and Camden Graham; her great grandchild Kate Smith; and her siblings, James, Dennis Nelson (Evon) and Denise Lynn (William). She is also survived by loving nieces & nephews.
