She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel C. Rodgers; and her parents, Carlis Harrison Belcher and Lora Leonora Ferguson Belcher. She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Acker (James), Brenda Parker (Wayne) and Linda Sarrow.
