We are sad to announce that, on February 27, 2026, at the age of 59, Cecilia Channell of Buhl, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Marcum and Selena Mae Crawford Marcum. She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Channell, Jr.; her children, Castie Kinard (Jason) of Coaling and Chris Channell of Coker; her siblings, Cynthia Kay Marcum, Aaron "Junior" Marcum (Marsha) of Coker and Frank Marcum (Melanie) of Coker; and her grandchildren, A. J. Channell, Adelyn Channell, Grant Kinard and Sawyer Kinard.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Alabama Hospice Care, 94 McFarland Blvd., Northport, AL 35476-3348 or to UAB Cancer Center, 1802 6th Avenue S, Birmingham, AL 35233.
