She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin White and Viola White; her daughter Kimberly Shumack; and her siblings, Mack White, Jerry White, John White, Thomas Shumack, Catherine Watson, Eula Bradley and Ida White.
She is survived by: her husband Reverend James; her children, Maricia Shumack of Peterman, Erica Shoemaker, Shannon Shumack and Tyler Stanley of Monroeville, Alabama; and her siblings, Geneva Johnson of Huntsville, Mary Shoemaker, Darlene Biggs of Peterman, Alabama, James White of Peterman and J. C. Biggs of Moss Point, Mississippi. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
