He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenora Manley Kelly and James Kelly; his grandson Damon Gibson; his sister Yvonne Bozone; and his brothers-in-law, Harry Tyson and Billy Radcliff.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Copeland Kelly; his children, Kevin Kelly, Dana, Craig Kelly [Trina], Lee Gibson [Linda], Bridget Brooks [Scotty], Joy Chesney [Shawn] and Samantha Elmore [Shane]; his siblings, Mitchell Kelly [Mary], Steve Kelly, Greta Tyson, Wanda Stewart [Milton], JoAnn Carney [Kenny] and JoCell Boney [Johnny]; and his brother-in-law Joe Bozone. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Needham Assembly of God Church (2601 Needham Rd, Needham, AL 36915). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
