He is survived by: his parents, Wendell Carlisle and Kay Carlisle of Aquilla, AL; his children, Jacob Carlisle (Loretta) and Mylissa Guy (Chad) of Millry, AL; his siblings, Wayne Carlisle (Tammy) of Aquilla, AL, Jimmy Carlisle (Tami) of Newton, MS and Shannon Carlisle Fincher (Matt) of Aquilla, AL; and his grandchildren, Landen Carlisle, Elie Carlisle, Kierstyn Coaker, Natalie Guy of Jeremiah and Gunner Coaker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
