He is survived by: his children, Bill Smith, Jr. (Cindy), Jackie Smith Whited (Lane), Steve Smith (Karen) and Greg Smith (Lane); and his siblings, Rondel Smith (Betty), Louise Alberson (Gene), Dorothy Penton and Dessie McCord. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
