She is survived by: her parents, Jim Sockwell and Joyce Sockwell; her husband George; her sons, James (Mallorie), Travis (Amy), Justin (Sarah) and Logan (Cassie); her grandchildren, Henry, Mary Helen and Emma; her sisters, Leslie Louden and Janet Turner (Perry); and her nieces and nephews, Thomas Louden, Emily Louden, Sarah Turner, Abby Turner and Mollie Turner.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hoover City Schools Foundation in Debbie's memory.
