He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Minshew and Louise Minshew. He is survived by: his wife Connie Minshew; his sons, Donald and Tommy (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Drake, Brielle, John William, Jonathan and Everette; and his siblings, Ann Booth (Wayne) and Pat Minshew.
