He was predeceased by: his parents, William McCartney and Cordiala McCartney; and his wife Patsy McCartney. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer McCartney (Stephen); his grandchildren, Stephen Register Jr. and Lisa Juliet Register; his siblings, Sandra Brewer (Robert), Henry McCartney, Johnny McCartney and Oline McCartney; and his sisters-in-law, Mary McCartney and Tina McCartney.
