He was predeceased by : his parents, Aaron Vester and Emma Lee Coker; and his siblings, Mary Frances Ragsdale (Amos), Annie Ruth Taylor (Aaron) and Paul Leon Coker.

He is survived by : his daughter Jamie McCoy; his grandson Robbie Glover (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Ali Kong, Deven Glover (Arieana Wandel), Conner Glover, Avalynn Glover, Beckette Glover and Nora Glover; and his sisters, Alma Westbrook (Pete), Joan Ellard (Bill) and Wanda Fowler (Melvin).
